Applicants must provide accurate and complete information during the application process. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any application at our discretion, including for reasons of participant safety, community suitability, or program capacity.
4. Participant Responsibilities
- Arranging your own travel to and from the Philippines (for international volunteers), including visas and travel insurance
- Complying with local laws and community guidelines during your program
- Respecting the communities, staff, and fellow volunteers you engage with
- Disclosing any health or safety concerns relevant to your participation
5. Fees and Payments
Any program fees, deposits, or payment terms will be communicated to you directly during the application process. Refund and cancellation terms will be specified at the time of booking.
6. Limitation of Liability
Voluntour Philippines acts as a coordinator between volunteers and partner communities/organizations. While we take reasonable care in selecting our partners, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in a program, except where caused by our own gross negligence.
